FTMPC, The most prestigious high school level programming competition in Bangladesh, is an annual programming competition organized by Notre Dame IT Club .In memory Father Richard W. Tim, FTMPC is organized to provide students a competitive environment to showcase their talent and gain experience for future competitions. FTMPC featured hundreds of young programmers from different institutions. The programmers who are the part of Team Bangladesh in different International Olympiads also participated in this prestigious programming competition.
"To determine our champions, FTMPC featured a rigorous, multi-tiered competitive format designed to test critical thinking and strategic skill at every turn. The competition took place throughout April and May. Following an intensive online preliminary round on April 24, 2026, the 32 best programmers qualified for the final round, which took place on May 8, 2026.The final round was organized in Notre Dame College. There the programmers gave it their all for one last time, fighting relentlessly to snatch the ultimate victory. After scrutinizing every single details ,our judges found out the ultimate champions. The problem setters included Wali E Zaman, the bronze medaist of IOIT and alumni of Notre Dame IT Club and HRM Rafsan Amin, the bronze medalist of BdOI, National camper and the an alumni of Notre Dame IT Club. Ultimately,Syed Md. Mohiuddin Sami, a student of Rajuk Uttara Model College and a part of " Team Bangladesh" in International Olympiad in Informatics , emerged as the champion.
The winners were provided a crest and a certificate by Father Dr. Father Hemanto Pius Rozario, CSC. Above all, all the participants got fascinating and competitive programming experience. We wish, FTMPC would inspire the future programmers to thrive and learn for their future success. With the presentation of the awards, the evening drew to a graceful close—leaving behind the inspiring promise of an even grander competition in the years to come.
