Microcontroller | The Basics

Sat Aug 03 2019

A lot of people possess the age-old idea that robots can only be made by God-gifted scientists or expert engineers. We, Notre Dame Information Technology Club, proved this idea wrong on 3 August 2019 by presenting the workshop "Microcontroller | The Basics". We taught young learners how to make robots on their own.

One question may peep into the mind why the name "Microcontroller"? Microcontrollers are basically mini-computers one can program to use for a specific purpose. Lighting up LED, driving motors, calculating the distance by sonar sensor, measuring temperature, humidity and so on can be done with the help of microcontrollers. These all are the basics of robotics as well.
